And Jesus took Peter fishing. And after they caught so many fish, Peter realized who Jesus was. And he said, 'Go away from me Lord. I am a sinful man.' But Jesus said unto Peter, 'Don't be afraid. You will be crucified upside down for my sake, but it's not going to happen until well into the future.' And Jesus and Peter went into the town. And there they came upon an urn vendor. And the urn vendor looked up at Jesus with fear. And Jesus said unto him, 'Don't be afraid. You will be fed to lions for my sake. But wild, carnivorous animals tend to go for the throat of their prey. You won't suffer as long as Peter will when they kill him for my sake.' And Jesus and Peter and the urn salesman, whose name is unknown, crashed a funeral. And as soon as Jesus showed up, the man being mourned rose from his coffin. And all were terrified. And Jesus said unto them all, 'Don't be afraid. He was not dead, but only sleeping. What's with you people? Why are you so skittish?' |
